FAQs

How long will it take to receive my order? If an item is marked as ready to ship, that means we can ship your order within 1-2 working days. All other items are pre-order and have to be made just for you! This usually takes us around 5 working days, however this time does vary. Please read our Processing & Shipping Information page for up to date processing information.

I ordered something and it doesn't fit, do you offer returns? We do! You can return your full priced order for a refund or store credit within 14 days of receipt. If you purchased a sale item or with one of our sale discount codes, then we can accept returns for store credit or exchange! The item must be in original condition, with tags, hygiene seals etc. Outlet items(which will be marked accordingly) and custom sizes are non-returnable. Please read our Returns page.

I have ordered something but i've changed my mind, can i cancel my order? Unfortunately we do not allow order cancellations. We hand make every piece to order, so order cancellations can really mess up our production! We will be happy to assist you as much as possible to make sure you're happy, so please email us at contact@amarecollective.com to chat!

How should i care for my pretty new purchase? Care must be taken when washing and handling all garments purchased from Amare Collective, as they are handmade and very delicate. All items should be hand washed in warm water with mild soap (we love using baby soap or similar). Please ensure not to use a harsh soap eg. Fairy liquid. After washing, hang or leave flat to dry. You could use a clothes airer or soft towel! Do not tumble dry as this will damage the delicate fabrics. We cannot take responsibility for any damaged caused to items due to incorrect care.

I'm unsure about size or have a fit question, please help! Please refer to our Size Guide for general information regarding sizing. However, if you have specific questions about the fit of an item, please email us at contact@amarecollective.com

I don't think i fit your sizing. How do i order a custom size? To order a custom size, please select the option from the size menu before you add to cart. Then, either leave a note at checkout or email us afterwards, with information regarding the size you require. This can be usual bra size, or your bust and underbust measurements. Custom sizes are only available on Bralettes. Please note custom sizes will take approx 5-10 working days to process once size is confirmed. Custom sizes are non-returnable, unless we have made a mistake!


Oh no, the item i wanted is sold out! What can i do? Please email us and we can let you know if an item will be coming back in stock! We use high quality italian and french laces, which means we can sometimes only do a very limited run. If the item was on sale, then it most likely will not be coming back! 

Will i have to pay international Taxes & Duties? Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are leveled once a shipment reaches your country. The amount may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped too. The best thing to do is contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages. Amare Collective is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You have sole responsibility for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Custom policies vary depending on where you live so please contact your local customs office for further information. In rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. Also, by law we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international fees. If you end up refusing a shipment from Oh So Lovely Intimates, you are still responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties/taxes that are applied on the package, and the cost of the return package.
