All returns must be sent within 14 days of receipt of package. To return an item, please fill out the returns form included in your package. If you did not receive this form, please email us so we can send it to you. If no form is included with your return, this may hinder the processing of your return, as we will not know who it is from!
If you have received a faulty item, then please contact us as soon as possible, you must alert us of faults before returning the item!
Please note that the cost of returning the item/s is your responsibility and will not be refunded. We also will not be able to refund original postage costs, even if the whole order is returned.
We allow exchanges or store credit on all full price purchases. Jewellery can be returned for refund. Sale/Outlet items returnable for store credit only. Custom size items are final sale and cannot be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with tags. Bottoms must have hygiene seals in tact. Gift Cards are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your refund or store credit will be processed within 7 working days. Refunds may take up to 10 days to then appear in your account, depending on your bank.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND RETURNS TO THE ADDRESS ON THE CONTACT US PAGE, AN ALTERNATE ADDRESS WILL BE PROVIDED.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, even if the whole order is returned. Items should be returned to us via a signed for or tracked service for full security.
